Zuruvi garment quality control process
The Zuruvi Standard

Quality is a process, not a final check.

A structured path from requirement to delivery, designed to reduce uncertainty, protect quality and make organisational orders easier to manage.

Our 7-stage process

From brief to delivery, every stage has a purpose.

The Zuruvi Standard is designed around clear control points, so the approved requirement is protected from the first brief through to final delivery.

01

Understand the Requirement

Clarify organisation, industry, garment type, function, quantity, sizing, branding and delivery expectations.

02

Sample / Specification

Define the approved reference for what needs to be made, including styling, construction and technical expectations.

03

Fabric Verification

Check bulk fabric type, shade and weight against the approved sample before production begins.

04

Production

Manufacture against the approved requirement and agreed production details, with consistency across the order.

05

Branding

Apply the organisation’s approved identity requirements where branding forms part of the brief.

06

Quality Control

Check completed garments against the agreed specification and production requirement before release.

07

Delivery

Prepare completed work for dispatch, agreed destination delivery and project handover.

Why process matters

Procurement confidence comes from controlled details.

An organisational uniform order carries more than a clothing requirement. It also carries expectations around brand consistency, fit, materials, quantities, deadlines, function and delivery.

A controlled process creates clear approval points and reduces the risk of avoidable differences entering bulk production.

Material & quality control

Stop a problem before it becomes a bulk-order problem.

Zuruvi’s material verification rule is designed to protect the approved requirement before bulk production begins.

No bulk fabric enters production until its type, shade and weight have been checked against the approved sample. If anything differs, production stops until approval is obtained.
Fabric typeConfirm that the material being introduced matches the approved material requirement.
ShadeCheck colour consistency against the approved reference before bulk production.
WeightVerify that bulk material weight is aligned with the approved sample before proceeding.
Put the standard to work

Start with a clear requirement. Build from there.

Share your garment requirement, quantity, branding needs, delivery location and reference material so the project can begin from the right information.
